BESLUX GRAFOL HT-320

HIGH TEMPERATURES LUBRICANT UP TO 600 ºC

BESLUX GRAFOL HT-320 is applied in any
industrial field to lubricate high-temperature operations
mechanisms up to 600 ºC.
Intended for conveyor chains, low-speed rollers, and
ball bearings, threaded spindles, sliding bearings,
bushings, etc., in the ceramic, steel industry, and food industry
industry (bread and pastry), chemical industry
(glass).

DESCRIPTION AND PROPERTIES:

BESLUX GRAFOL HT-320 is a lubricant for high
temperatures, composed by a graphite dispersion
in a synthetic compound, provided with
incorporated temperature stabilizers. The synthetic
compounds act as carrier and evaporate at 250ºC
leaving a thin dry lubricant film which stands
temperatures till 600ºC.
BESLUX GRAFOL HT-320 will not build residue
nor carbon residue as it does not contain mineral
oils, soap or abrasive compounds (ashes).
BESLUX GRAFOL HT-320 will not drop. A
minimum quantity will be applied to provide a thin
lubricating film. Avoid excess of lubricant that might
provoke the seizing of bearings.

Whenever applied in bearings the quantity of
BESLUX GRAFOL HT-320 will not exceed 1/3rd
bearing housing capacity. BESLUX GRAFOL HT-320 must be applied to new or clean bearings after
removing previous grease remnants.
