Description

MOLYBDENUM BISULPHIDE DRY FILM SPRAY

DESCRIPTION:

ULTRA MOLY DRY SPRAY is formulated with
special organic resins, micronised molybdenum
Bisulfide and high evaporation speed
solvents.
The application of spray provides a film that
dries fast to the air leaving a thin sliding varnish
layer with molybdenum bisulphide.

APPLICATIONS:

ULTRA MOLY DRY SPRAY is specially
recommended for lubrication of highly adjusted
mechanical components and dusty
environments that easily contaminate<br />lubricants with wet film.
>Some application examples are:
– Lubrication of threaded spindles, as used in
stenter frames of textile industry for width
adjustment.
– Lubrication of points with difficult points like
threads, screws and spindles in industries
with dusty environments as paper, glass,
wood, etc.
– Decrease of stick-slip in sliding ways.
– Base lubrication of sliding bearing under
heavy loads, ejector pins and toothed racks.

PROPERTIES:

– Dry lubricating film, does not attract or hold
dust or lint present in air.
– Very good adherence on metallic surfaces
with good surface finish.
– High protection ability in front of wear
under high loads.
– Resistant to aging and thermally stable.
– Wide operation temperature range:
From -140ºC up to +450ºC.

NOTES FOR USE:

ULTRA MOLY DRY SPRAY contains solvents,
hence observe handling instructions for
solvent-containing products.
Thoroughly clean and degrease metallic
surfaces. Shake spray can before use. Apply a
thin and homogeneous layer of product.
