G. BESLUX CAPLEX M-2 ATOX

grease, formulated based on a complex aluminium soap, polybutene, additives and authorized white solid lubricants. They also offer excellent lubricating qualities and high resistance to water, making them very suitable for lubricating mechanisms or bearings subjected to water and loads.

The current problem lies in the difficulty of having a lubricant with non-toxic characteristics and having very good lubricating properties. While a large majority of thickening additives provide good lubricating properties, the competent Sanitary Legislation does not authorize them for use as high-grade lubricants.

G. BESLUX CAPLEX M-2 ATOX

grease can withstand very high lubrication demands, with all its constituent raw materials authorized by Spanish Health Legislation and the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). It also has approval from the Natural Sanitary Foundation (NSF) (Type H-1).

G. BESLUX CAPLEX M-2 ATOX

grease can be used in mechanisms such as bearings that work at a temperature of -20 to 150ºC, with speed factors of approx. 5 x 105, in the presence of water and under the action of loads.

Its high resistance to water makes it very suitable for the lubrication of chains that may suffer the continuous or
intermittent action of water, as can occur in chains in food transport chains (slaughterhouses, packing industry, etc.).

G. BESLUX CAPLEX M-2 ATOX

grease can be used in valves or taps for conducting water, ensuring proper lubrication of its most critical parts.
