ASL-100

ASL-100 is all-purpose anti-seize lubricant that speeds assembly and disassembly of studs, bolts, flanges and fittings. Contain high percentage of solid lubricants to provide superior anti-gelling properties. It is recommended where copper contamination must be avoided or under conditions of extreme pressure and temperatures upto 800C.

Chemical Plants and Oil Refineries

Pipe joints and bolting, pump housings, flanges, and coat gaskets on flanges, access doors, and heat exchangers.

Steel Mills

Dragging chains, bolts for shear blades, pipe joints, furnace bolts, replacing white lead paste for sealing blast furnace flanges.

Power Plants

Boilers, pumps, bearing and shaft assemblies steam and water valves, and piping.

Marine Service

Boiler hand hole and manhole cover plate studs, flange bolts on pumps, valves, steam lines,installing bearings.
