BESLUX CHAIN 3500 ATOX

HIGH TECHNOLOGY SYNTHETIC OIL ATOXIC GRADE

DESCRIPTION:

BESLUX CHAIN 3500 ATOX is a synthetic lubricating oil
formulated with synthetic bases and special anti-wear
additives, antioxidants, and corrosion inhibitors, among
others.
Stabilized especially for use at high temperatures, leaving
minimal evaporation residue.
It is listed in the NSF H-1 category with registration
number 145058.

APPLICATIONS:

The following are recommended application points:
Transport chains in high temperature baking ovens in the
Bakery Industry and the food industry in general.
Lacquering and painting ovens for metal parts.
Drying tunnels.
Other chain systems in general at high temperatures.

PROPERTIES:

BESLUX CHAIN 3500 ATOX has good anti-wear
properties, so it lengthens the life of the chains and
mechanisms to which it is applied.
Its lubricating capacity, as well as its behaviour at high
temperatures (up to 240ºC), is excellent.
The evaporation residues of BESLUX CHAIN 3500
ATOX have a very low adherence, maintaining a certain
lubricating capacity. The little residue left on the chain
does not prevent good lubrication properties on the
surface of contact.
BESLUX CHAIN 3500 ATOX has a very good load
capacity, as well as anti-drip properties due to its high
adherence.
