MOTOROL REFRIN S68 / S100

Introduction:

Motorol Refrin S grades of Refrigeration Compressor Oils use totally synthetic polyolester base stocks. These oils are primarily blended for use in refrigeration and air-conditioning systems with environmentally friendly (HFC) refrigerants.

Applications:

Use Motorol Refrin S grades in open, semi-open, and hermetic compressors for domestic, commercial, and industrial refrigeration and air-conditioning systems with hydrofluorocarbon (HFC) refrigerants—ozone-friendly options like R-134A, R404A, R407A, R507, R23, and others. They are suitable for both rotary and reciprocating compressor types.

Advantages:

Good oxidation and chemical stability.
Miscible in alternative refrigerants like R-134a and other chlorine free HFC refrigerants at low temperatures
Excellent low temperature fluidity
